Stressful waste of time experience for something that was supposed to be calm and make me feel good. Wish I stayed home.
Our experience was wonderful! We came in with a bachelorette party. There was a wide variety of services to choose from which accommodated our group perfectly. The staff was friendly and professional, and the massages were amazing! Blue ocean exceeded all of our party's expectations!
We just went to Blue Ocean Spa for my sisters bachelorette and the experience was phenomenal. They went above and beyond with hospitality, scheduling, and exceeded our expectations! Thank you so much Paul and team for making our day great!
This place was fantastic. One of the best massages I've ever had. Owners son went above and beyond to make sure the group I was with felt comfortable and had a great experience. Exceeded expectations for sure!
Had 4pm appointment which I made 5 days prior. Arrived 10 min early as requested by spa. . No receptionist at arrival so I call the number posted. I am told to wait a few minutes. Then at 4:10 I am told the 3pm appointment is almost done. Then at 4:20 told the 3pm wanted a 90 min massage so I need to wait until 4:45 to start 4pm scheduled appointment. Would ve been happy to arrive at that time if called or if was told an honest answer upon arrival Would have gone to run errands and come back. Instead just left sitting in an abandoned spa area. Wish I stayed home !!
Just left blue ocean! The manager was great with scheduling and the service was above and beyond!!! I loved my prenatal massage as well, it was perfect! The ambiance of the place was relaxing as well! I would definitely go back if I was in town.
