People are rude. The manager is even ruder .Calling corporate about the way we were treated that's how bad it was. Don't go there and expect anything but a bad experience.
STAY AWAY! Completely unprofessional and incompetent groomers and a high stress environment for the dogs. Terrible customer service.

Worse dog training experience. First of all, the training was in the store in the smallest space between cat adoption boxes and the dog toy aisle. Dogs were walking by the area in the store. There were two dogs in the training sessions and the other dog had an entourage of 4 kids and 2 adults. There were so many distractions. When I called to make the appointment and when I filled out the paper I expressed my wish to socialize our dog. How were they thinking to accommodate that need since we had a gated "cubicle" space and a large dog? The only positive thing was that Petco reimbursed me right away but I still have to recover from the stressful 10-minute session.
